Terms.
This page covers your use of the FamilyOrb pre-launch website at familyorb.com. The product itself is not yet available; when it ships, we’ll publish a longer Terms of Service for paying customers and notify everyone on the list.
Who we are
FamilyOrb is a product being built by Quarksoft, LLC, a New Jersey limited-liability company. When this page says “we,” “us,” or “our,” that’s who.
What this site offers
Information about FamilyOrb (a product in development), a free downloadable resource called The Family Document Audit, and an option to sign up for occasional email updates. Nothing on this site is a contract for product or service delivery yet.
Your obligations
Don’t use this site to do anything illegal, abusive, or harmful. Don’t submit other people’s email addresses without their permission. Don’t try to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site — if you have a security concern or research interest, email us and we’ll talk.
Our content
Everything we publish on this site — including The Family Document Audit — is © 2026 Quarksoft, LLC. You’re welcome to print, share, and use the audit with your family, friends, or community group. You’re welcome to link to it from anywhere. Don’t republish it under your own brand or sell it.
What we promise about the future product
Nothing on this page is a commitment that FamilyOrb will ship by any specific date or include any specific feature. The pre-sale page describes our current intent and timeline; we’ll keep that page honest as plans evolve. If you’ve placed a $1 founder hold via Stripe (when available), that transaction is governed by separate terms shown at checkout, including a refund policy.
Limits
The site is provided as-is. We do our best, but we can’t guarantee 100% uptime, perfect formatting in every email client, or that your favorite document didn’t end up in Category 4 when it should have been Category 5. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any issue arising from the use of this site is limited to refunding any money you’ve paid us — which, for the pre-launch site, is zero.
If we change these terms
We’ll update the date below and notify everyone on the list before changes take effect.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
